L2Rage Opening date not decided yet we have some big updates that will change server drasticly

L2Rage Opening date not decided, it will 100 be Gracia Final fully updated and working.

Voting for server rates will be added soon.
In options you gonna be able to chose between:
- low rate (such as x7,x10,x15),
- mid rate (such as x25,x35,x50),
- high rate (x100,x200,x300 just pvp style that will be modified on a way that exp will be easy but you will still have to work for items and few ways on making an balance for this type of server)

As for the L2Rage Staff i can say that high rate will come only in case that we have huge amount of ppl interested about this type of playing.
Since the rates are not decided yet, that affects the donation system also. So after the rate's are being decided you can expect an vote for donation reward system. Nothing deiced yet still time to make this server your favorite place to be on, so stay around and keep yourself updated.
