Donation Announce

Donations
By submitting donations you agree to the following.

Gifts as nonreciprocal, voluntary transfers of assets from private organizations, individuals, or others to Lineage II Rage. Donations as monies and materials given by private persons and organizations to Lineage II Rage without receiving anything in exchange. The term donation is used interchangeably with the term gift throughout this document.

Upon donating, you agree that you are NOT entitled to receive any compensation in lieu of the donation you made, but instead, rewarded with a virtual gift for your generosity.

In the event that you donate you must agree that:

1. You are not purchasing time, services, or goods.
2. You acknowledge that Lineage II Rage does not sell services or goods, related to the game Lineage 2 or any other game.
3. If your account is terminated for any reason, you are not entitled to a reimbursement.
4. Donation gifts will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or dropped in game.
5. You acknowledge that upon donation, All transactions are Final. There will be NO Refunds.
6. Donation only valid for the duration of operation of the services provided by Lineage II Rage, in which time IF services are to cease you the donater are in no way eligible for a refund.
7. Lineage II Rage reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notice.

You automatically agree to all these terms when donating to Lineage 2 Rage.
